I whipped up this Card Album design using my Sizzix die cutter to cut a bunch of hearts out of some of my favorite fabrics.I applied them onto the cover of the Card Album with Mod Podge.
Then a bit of sparkle was added with different colors of Plaid Folk Art Extreme Glitter painted over each heart. I know you can't see the sparkle in the photo, but trust me it is sparkle-tastic!
